American Civil Liberties Union website devoted to national and local glb legal issues & cases.

AALL's Gay & Lesbian Rights
Social Responsibilities Special Interest Section, a division of the American Association of Law Libraries.

GLAA Gay & Lesbian Activists Alliance
The nation's oldest continuously active gay and lesbian civil rights organization.

Human Rights Campaign FamilyNet Legal Documents
HRC has a terrific website. In this section, you'll find copies of necessary legal & medical forms to protect your family.

International Gay & Lesbian Human Rights Commission
Monitors and advocates for equal rights for GLBTs around the world. A great place to look for articles about discrimination outside the United States.

International Lesbian and Gay Association (ILGA)
A world-wide federation of local & national GLBT organizations dedicated to promoting equal rites for GLBTs.

Lambda Legal Defense
LLD is often the legal defense for major glb cases.

National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR)
The National Center for Lesbian Rights advances the rights and safety of lesbians and their families through a program of litigation, public policy advocacy, free legal advice and counseling, and public education.

International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Campaign
IGLHRC's mission is to protect and advance the human rights of all people and communities subject to discrimination or abuse on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, or HIV status. Action Wisconsin is a statewide PAC that lobbies for the passage of civil rights legislation regarding gay men and women. This site now includes a section for Wisconsin Civil Marriage Equality.

The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA)
This HRC website provides current information on the status of this Federal legislation.

The Federation of LGBT Advocacy Organizations
The Federation is a network of state/territory organizations committed to working with each other and with national and local groups to strengthen statewide lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender advocacy organizing and secure full civil rights in every U.S. state and territory.

MTV's Fight For Your Rights: Take a Stand Against Discrimination
On January 10, 2001, MTV began a year-long public service program to support hate crime legislation.  This site has information about Hate Crimes legislation and contact information to write legislators.
